We sell physical products to Finland. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
How to order
Products are ordered via the Internet at www.ironspine.com via a shopping cart.
All orders will be confirmed by email, indicating the order price, delivery costs and ordered products. To receive the order confirmation, you must notify the e-mail address when ordering.
The customer agrees to the terms of delivery in force for each order.
We will send you an order confirmation via email to see:
- Ordered products
- Download links for downloadable products
- Payment method used
- Selected delivery method
- Value of VAT
- The total amount of the order
You can check your order through a user account on our website.
Products and their postage are paid upon order.

Paypal is a service that allows any business or anyone with an email to send and receive payments online securely, conveniently and cost-effectively. Paypal’s worldwide real-time payment solution has been created based on existing financial and credit card financial infrastructure.
We post products every working day. Usually, the delivery of the products will take 1 to 3 days after receipt of the order. As a rule, we strive to make the order by order on the next business day if possible. Additionally, the delivery takes up to the delivery time depending on the chosen delivery method.

Delivery method and delivery
Shipping costs include postal and packaging costs. You can view delivery charges after choosing the payment method and delivery method for your shopping cart. We deliver orders as a package and you can track the shipping time with the shipping code you will receive when you subscribe to the shipping process. If additional services are to be included in the delivery, the fee for the additional services will be added to the delivery costs according to the current pricing. If you want to return a product, contact us for address and include the following in the return package:
- Your customer number, your name, your address and your phone number
- your bank account
- a copy of the order confirmation
Notice of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. We will not receive refunds beyond 14 days after delivery if they have not been notified before.
Once the refund has been accepted, the money will be returned directly to your account after receiving and processing the refund.
Problems with transport
If the package is damaged or lost in the mail, the product must be immediately returned to the post office.
Invalid or missing products
If the product is defective (for example, pages that have been severed or printed on the pages) or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately report the error to email@example.com, mail or telephone (see contact above).
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must check with the terms of delivery in advance.
